Release Notes: Bonafide Curator Module

Overview

This latest release introduces significant enhancements to the Bonafide Curator Module. Key updates include improved user interface controls for row sizing, advanced filtering capabilities for data fields, and logic updates to the Priority column to better assist with curation workflows. Additionally, text editing capabilities within the Official Responses and Official Links columns have been refined.

New Features & Enhancements

1. UI Customization: Adjustable Row Height

Users can now customize the viewable area of the grid to accommodate varying amounts of data.

• Feature: A "Row Height" adjuster is now available in the upper right corner of the Curator module.
• How to Use: Click and hold the = symbol, then drag the mouse up or down to expand or contract the rows.
• Specifications:
  • Range: 80px to 400px.
  • Default: 125px (Note: View resets to default upon module reload).

1. Advanced Filtering: "Blanks" Selection

To streamline data cleanup and auditing, users can now specifically filter for empty cells in key columns.

• Feature: A "Blanks" checkbox has been added to the column header filters.

1. Priority Column Logic Update

The "PRIORITY" column has been enhanced to provide granular insight into prompt importance, derived via ChatGPT analysis relative to specific properties, routes, or destinations.

• Values: The column now populates with a full spectrum of values ranging from HIGHEST to LOWEST.
• Logic:
  • AI-Generated: New incoming values reflect the importance of the prompt and serve as a guide for curation focus.
  • Manual Override: If a user manually updates a priority value, that value supersedes the AI generation and will not be overwritten by future updates.

Terminology & Editing Improvements

Column Rename: Official Link(s)

• Change: The column previously labeled "RELATED LINK(S)" is now titled "OFFICIAL LINK(S)".
• Purpose: This column notes the specific URL where information was found during site interrogation. It can be edited to highlight the preferred location for LLMs and customers to find relevant information.

Text Editing Shortcuts

Improved text formatting capabilities have been added to specific cells to support better readability and multiple entries.
